If your merchandise arrives damaged, then contact us within 2 business days to process your return with this stipulation and claim, and we will either repair the damages to the merchandise or send you a new product; this also applies to orders that are missing parts.

If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you ordered, you can return the product in its original condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. However, you must contact us at 1-800-325-4646 to receive an RMA number.

Lastly, we do not provide refunds on shipping, as this amount is part of the transaction fee associated with an online order, and not the price of the merchandise.
